Our Commitment
Zaag University is committed to ensuring that its website and digital platforms are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Accessibility Features
Our website includes keyboard navigation support, ARIA landmarks and labels, sufficient colour contrast ratios, resizable text, alternative text for images, descriptive link text, skip navigation links, and semantic HTML structure.
Assistive Technology
Our website has been tested with common screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS) and is designed to work with voice recognition software, screen magnifiers, and other assistive technologies.
Ongoing Efforts
We regularly audit our website for accessibility issues, provide accessibility training for our web development team, and incorporate accessibility testing into our development process. We are committed to continuous improvement.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some legacy content or third-party embedded content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are actively working to address these gaps.

If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at accessibility@zaag.university or call +1 (000) 000-0000. We take all feedback seriously and aim to respond within 5 business days.
